2025 LEAD Program
On Sept. 19-21, 2025, the AAP held its eighth Leadership, Engagement, Action, and Development (LEAD) Program. 15 participants, who have been recognized as up-and-coming leaders in periodontics, came together for an interactive two days of learning, discussion, and networking.
Participants enjoyed discussion sessions with some of the most respected leaders in the specialty. Focused on leadership development in practice, academics, science, and organized dentistry, discussion topics ranged from building a successful practice to becoming an elected AAP officer.
