This summer, rising third-year residents were invited to join the Academy for a one-of-a-kind weekend designed to prepare them for the transition from residency to practice at the AAP Resident Retreat, ARRive. This inaugural event featured engaging and interactive programing featuring AAP, AAP Foundation, and American Board of Periodontology leaders as well as up-and-comers in periodontics.

Through lively discussions, meaningful interaction, and dedicated time for collaboration, ARRive offered participants practical tools and a renewed sense of excitement for the next stage of their professional journey.
